Santrim-50 (Oral suspension)
INDICATIONS:
For treatment and control of Pasteurellosis, Salmonellosis, Colibacillosis and Ornithobacterium infections in livestock and poultry. Other septicaemic conditions along with systemic infections due to gram –ve and gram +ve bacteria and protozoan infestations may also be treated with Santrim-50.
COMPOSITION:
Each 100 ml oral suspension contains:
Sulphadiazine …………………. 40 g
Trimethoprim ………………… 08 g
Dosage And Administration
Cattle/buffalo/camel/horse:
0.5 ml per 40 Kg b.w in d.w. for 3 – 5 days.
Sheep/goat/dog:
0.25 ml per 40 Kg b.w in d.w. for 3 – 5 days.
Poultry:
1 ml per 4.5 liters of d.w for 3 – 5 days.
Withdrawal Period
Meat: ……… 10 days
Milk: ………. 10 days
Eggs: ………. 10 days
Precautions For Use
Shake well before use.
Use only on veterinarian advice.
Keep out of reach of the children.
Store at room temperature.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
