Santracycline-50 (Injection)
INDICATIONS:
Santracycline-50 is indicated for the treatment and control of infections like navel/ joint ill, foot rot, pneumonia, strangles, leptospirosis, actinobacillosis, calf diphtheria, mastitis, metritis, secondary bacterial infections in hepatitis, otitis media, (in cats), infections of respiratory, urogenital tract, post-operative and post-parturient infections in all types of livestock, pig and other animals.
COMPOSITION:
Each ml contains:
Oxytetracycline USP base 50 mg (as HCl)
Dosage and Administration
Cattle / Horse/Camel:
30 ml per 100 Kg b.w deep I/M or Slow I/V Injection for 5 days.
Calf/Sheep/Goat:
5-10 ml per 50-100 Kg b.w deep I/M or slow I/V Injection for 5 days.
Dog/Cat:
0.5-1.0 ml per 5-10 Kg b.w deep I/M or slow I/V Injection for 5 days.
Precautions For Use
- Do not store above 25 ºC.
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
- Do not inject more than 20 ml at one site.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Discard unused material 28 days after first use.
