Sandox-20 (Oral Powder)
Indications:
Sandox-20 is indicated for the prevention and treatment of Gastrointestinal and respiratory infections caused by doxycycline sensitive micro-organisms like Bordetella, Campylobacter, Chlamydia, E. coli, Haemophilus, Mycoplasma, Pasteurella, Rickettsia, Salmonella, Staphylococcus and Streptococcus spp. in sheep, goat, calves and poultry.
Composition:
Each 100 gm contains:
Doxycycline HCl B.P ————— 20 gm
Dosage and Administration
Poultry:
1 gm per 2 liters of drinking water for 3 to 5 days.
Sheep, goat, calves: (For oral administration)
1gm per 40 kg b.w twice daily for 3-5 days.
Note: For pre-ruminant calves, lambs and kids only.
Withdrawal Period
Sheep, Goat, Calves:
Meat: ………… 14 days
Poultry:
Meat: ………… 7 days
Eggs: …………. 7 days
Precautions for use
Prepare fresh solution for daily use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store at room temperature.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
