Sanacol-50 (Oral Powder)
INDICATIONS:
Sanacol-50 is recommended for the treatment of infections, caused by colistin sensitive bacteria, like E. coli, Haemophilus and Salmonella spp. in sheep, goat, calves and poultry. It covers maximum range of gram –ve bacteria. It is the best choice of veterinarians in the treatment of respiratory, urogenital, gastro-intestinal and other visceral organ infections.
COMPOSITION:
Each gm of water soluble powder contains:
Colistin Sulfate B.P 50,00,000 IU)
Dosage and Administration
Poultry:
1 gm per 10 liters of drinking water for 5-7 days.
For oral administration:
Sheep, Goat, calves:
Twice daily 3 gm per 100 kg b.w for 5-7 days.
Note:
For pre-ruminant calves, lambs and kids only
Withdrawal Period
Meat: ……… 7 days
Precautions For Use
Prepare fresh solution for daily use.
Keep out of reach of the children.
Store at room temperature.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
