Saflor (Injection)
Indications:
Saflor Injection is a fast acting broad spectrum antibiotic having wide activity against Gram+ve and Gram –ve bacteria. It is indicated in the bovine respiratory disease, shipping fever, calf diarrhea, pododermatitis, foot rot, keratoconjuctivitis, urinary and gastrointestinal tract infections etc.
Composition:
Each ml contains:
Florfenicol CVP………….. 300 mg
Dosage and Administration
Cattle:
I/M Route: 20 mg / kg body weight (3 ml / 45 kg)
S/C Route: 40 mg / kg body weight (6 ml / 45 kg)
Precautions For Use
Do not inject more than 10 ml at one site.
Inject in the neck region only.
Store at room temperature.
Keep out of reach of children.
Withdrawal Period
