Clavmox-Forte (Oral water soluble powder)
Indications:
Clavamox-Forte is recommended for the treatment of Chronic Respiratory Disease (CRD), Fowl Cholera, Pneumonia, Airsacculitis, Infectious Coryza, Fowl Typhoid, Necrotic Enteritis, Peritonitis, Salpingitis, Pullorum Disease, Delayed Absorption of Egg Yolk, Colibacillosis, Omphalitis, Lameness due to infected hock and stifle joint, Bumble Foot, Actinomycosis, Cellulitis, Decreased Hatching, Embryo and Early Chick Mortality and other respiratory infections of growing chickens.
Composition:
Each 100 gm contains:
Amoxicillin as Amoxicillin trihydrate ….….. 16 gm
Clavulanic Acid as Potassium Clavunate ….. 4 gm
Bromhexine HCl ………………………………………. 0.5 gm
Dosage and Administration
Poultry:
1 gram per 2-3 liters of drinking water for 3 – 5 days.
Precautions For Use
Do not use in penicillin hypersensitive birds.
Keep out of reach of children.
Use fresh medicated water daily.
Store at room temperature.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
